Hilary Moore, Assistant Trainer

Hilary Moore joined Barbara in the fall of 2006 and now has her own list of horses and students in training.

Hilary has competed thru Prix St. Georges and Young Riders. She is one of the few Young Riders in the U.S to have simultaneously competed at the Young Rider level in both dressage and eventing.

Her other accomplishments include:

• USDF participating instructor
• Member of the Young Rider Graduate Program
• Former member of the Mount Holyoke intercollegiate dressage team, National Championship years

In her first year at Barbara Strawson, LLC, Hilary qualified two clients' horses for the BLM Championship. She has accumulated numerous local and regional awards throughout her dressage career, including being a regionally-ranked rider every year she competed as a Young Rider.

Her professional experience in the equestrian field also includes musical freestyle and print ad design. She edited the music for Barbara & Socrates' tribute freestyle at the 2007 Ride for Life and designed many of the ads in the weekend's show program.
